Bruno Fernandes finally explain why Ronaldo took the Penalty against Arsenal

Manchester United and Portugal midfielder Bruno Fernandes has admitted that he felt it was the right time for Christiano Ronaldo to start playing penalties for Manchester United.

Man Utd resigned Ronaldo from Juventus during the summer transfer window, and the Portuguese has made no delay to settle at old Trafford.

Before his arrival, Bruno Fernandes was Manchester United designated penalty taker. Even before the resigning of the five-time Ballon d’Or winner, Fernandes was still on duty.

United’s last penalty was against Aston Villa and the former Sporting Libson Star missed from the spot, which could have been a late equalizer for the Red devils against Villans.

United were awarded a late penalty against Arsenal after Odegaard fouled Fred inside the box.

Fernandes didn’t stand in Ronaldo’s way as the 36-year-old scored his second Goal of the night against the Gunners from the spot.
