‘I am very happy’ Fred reacts to hitting that goal vs Crystal Palace.
“It’s always good to score,” Fred told MUTV after the 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.
“The most important thing is the victory. Good performance, we played well, clean sheet. It’s important for us . We have to continue like this.
“Mason [Greenwood] gave me a good ball, I took a chance and it went in. I am very happy.”
Not only were fans singing the praises of Fred, a player who has regularly been the subject of criticism for supporters this season, but they were also lauding the impact made by Rangnick in his first game in charge.
Ralf Rangnick is in place until the end of the season, and there were already signs his influence on the side after just a couple of days in the job.
