Ajax have refused to rule out further sales this summer as Manchester United continue their pursuit of Antony.
United remain interested in a deal to sign Antony from the Dutch champions, with Erik ten Hag keen to reunite with the Brazil international following a successful period together in Amsterdam.
The 22-year-old scored 12 goals and provided ten assists for Ajax last season, who were crowned Eredivisie champions in Ten Hag’s final campaign in charge.
Ajax have seen a mass exodus of talent this summer, with the likes of Andre Onana, Ryan Gravenberch, Noussair Mazraoui, Nicolás Tagliafico and Sébastien Haller all leaving the club, while defender Lisandro Martinez has followed Ten Hag to Old Trafford.
Ajax technical manager Gerry Hamstra says the club are now keen to keep their current group together, but admits he cannot rule out the prospect of more sales before the window slams shut.
“We want to keep this group together,” he told Voetbal international. “I assume that no one leaves this core anymore.
“Of course you can never say never, I have learned that by now.
“But we also talk about it with the players, have conversations. Also with boys who may have a wish to leave.
“Ajax players are drawn, that is logical.”
