Manchester United are set to make a ‘massive offer’ for Antony with the club having renewed their interest in signing the Ajax winger.
United had seemed to have cooled their interest in the Brazilian earlier in the window after Ajax appeared to price Antony out of a move away from the club, but the Red Devils have reportedly returned with renewed intent as Erik ten Hag seeks new additions before the deadline.
Sky Sports are reporting that United are set to present Ajax with a ‘massive offer’ this week as the club look to agree a deal for the 22-year-old.

Antony impressed as Ajax won the Eredivisie title under Ten Hag last season. He scored 12 goals and provided a further ten assists in all competitions, form which saw the winger break into the Brazil squad.
He has earned nine caps since his debut for the Selecao in October, scoring twice, and is expected to form part of the squad for the World Cup in Qatar.
United are desperate to reinforce their attacking options following a nightmare start to the season, with back-to-back defeats having left the Red Devils bottom of the Premier League for the first time since August 1992.
Doubts also remain over the future of Cristiano Ronaldo, who is keen to leave for a Champions League club before the deadline.
Ajax have been reluctant to lose Antony this summer following a mass exodus in Amsterdam, with Sebastien Haller, Ryan Gravenberch, Noussair Mazraoui, Andrea Onana, Nicolás Tagliafico and Lisandro Martinez among the high-profile departures.
Ten Hag is hoping to reach a second agreement with Ajax for one of his former players, following the £57m capture of Martinez earlier in the window.
