FA Cup fourth round draw – Man City could face Arsenal

The draw for the FA Cup’s fourth round has been made with the prospect of the Premier League’s top two going head-to-head.

Manchester City will host the winners of Oxford United’s clash with Premier League leaders Arsenal on Monday evening, after thrashing Chelsea 4-0 at the Etihad. Brighton will also take on top-flight opposition in Wolves or Liverpool, with their third round tie set to be replayed at Molineux next week.

 

Elsewhere Stevenage – who upset Premier League Aston Villa in what the upset of the third round – will travel to face Stoke and Paul Ince will take his Reading side to face his former side Manchester United. Ince won two FA Cups during his playing career at Old Trafford.

Sheffield Wednesday will face Fleetwood Town after beating Newcastle, while Blackpool will travel to Southampton looking for a second successive scalp, after their 4-1 win over top-flight Nottingham Forest.
