Victor Osimhen has addressed speculation surrounding his future at Napoli and rumours of a potential move to the Premier League.
The Nigeria international has starred for Napoli this season and is the leading scorer in Serie A, with Luciano Spalletti’s side the runaway leaders and closing in on a first Scudetto since 1990.
Osimhen has scored 23 goals in all competitions and booked Napoli’s place in the Champions League quarter-finals with two goals in the club’s 3-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday evening.
His performances this season have attracted interest from leading clubs across Europe, with Manchester United and Chelsea said to be interested in signing the 24-year-old.
Paris Saint-Germain have also been credited with an interest in Osimhen, who recently opened up on his ‘dream’ to play in the Premier League.
Osimhen has now discussed his future and said he will hold talks with Napoli to find ‘a good solution’ at the end of the season.
“I don’t know what the future holds,” Osimhen told Sport1.
“I think I’m on the right track. At the end of the season, I will sit down with my agents and discuss everything. I will also be in talks with the club. I am incredibly grateful to Naples. We will find a good solution together.”
