Harry Kane’s future looks set to dominate the headlines this summer, with speculation the forward could leave Tottenham in search of silverware.
Kane has failed to win a major trophy in his career to date and will enter the final 12 months of his contract in north London this summer, a transfer window which shapes as a pivotal one in his career.
Tottenham are desperate to keep their record goalscorer and are willing to offer Kane a club-record contract in a bid to persuade him to sign new terms.

Manchester City – who made an approach for Kane in 2021 before signing Erling Haaland the following summer – and Barcelona can also be found at 33/1.
Real Madrid – 25/1
Real Madrid have a long-standing interest in the England captain, but the presence of Karim Benzema has so far prevented an approach from the Spanish champions.
Benzema has produced the best football of his career into his thirties, with a 44-goal campaign earning the French forward the Ballon d’Or in 2022. The 35-year-old’s current deal expires at the end of the season, but the indications are that he will sign a new one-year extension.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side remain in need of bolstering their forward options with little depth behind Benzema, but the arrival of Kane would leave them with two experienced senior options competing for one place. A younger addition appears more likely, one ready to accept competing with Benzema in the short-term before succeeding the forward as first choice.
Newcastle – 25/1
Could Newcastle enter the race for Harry Kane?
The Magpies have been priced at 25/1 third favourites to land the 29-year-old, in what would be a statement signing from the club’s ambitious owners. Eddie Howe’s side have exceeded all expectations this season to challenge for the top four and Champions League qualification could accelerate their Saudi-backed project.

A move to St James’ Park would allow Kane to continue his pursuit of the Premier League goal record, as he hunts down Newcastle legend Alan Shearer’s landmark.
Kane’s arrival would be a stunning capture, though Howe has warned that Newcastle’s will take a patient approach to competing at the top end of the Premier League. The club’s takeover made Newcastle the richest club in world football, but a need to meet Financial Fair Play regulations casts doubts on a £100m+ signing.
Bayern Munich – 16/1
Bayern Munich have been linked with a move to sign Kane, after the club failed to secure a like-for-like replacement for Robert Lewandowski last summer.
Lewandowski’s exit has left a significant hole in the Bayern forward line and those in Bavaria believe Kane could prove an ideal replacement. The move to Munich would also present Kane with an almost guarantee of major silverware, with Bayern crowned Bundesliga champions in ten straight seasons.
However, there are complications preventing a deal. A move abroad would virtually end Kane’s hopes of breaking the Premier League’s goal record, while Bayern do not often join the business of bidding wars for star signings.
Bayern have only twice previously signed players for more than £50m – Lucas Hernandez and Matthijs de Ligt – and would need to break their transfer record to land Kane this summer.
Manchester United – 13/8
Manchester United are the favourites to sign Kane this summer, as Erik ten Hag looks to sign a centre-forward.
United have shown strides of progress this season and the addition of a leading forward could turn Ten Hag’s team into genuine contenders for the title. The deal appears an obvious choice for club and player, as United target a proven goalscorer and Kane seeks a greater chance at silverware.

Kane has demonstrated fine chemistry with Marcus Rashford for England and it is a combination that would excite those at Old Trafford, who – for the first time in some time – believe in the current coach to restore former glories.
