Paris Saint-Germain are not interested in signing Kim Min-Jae this summer as the Napoli defender continues to be linked with Premier League clubs.
Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham have all been linked with a move to sign the centre-back, who has been a crucial presence in Napoli’s impressive campaign. Luciano Spalletti’s side boast a 19-point lead at the top of Serie A and are closing in on a first league title since 1990.
The Italians are also into the Champions League quarter-finals for the first time and Min-Jae’s performances have attracted the attention of several leading clubs.
However, Sky Sports are reporting that PSG will not rival interest from the Premier League in the defender, who possesses a release clause in his contract.
Officials at the Ligue 1 side are understood to have ‘distanced’ themselves from rumours linking the Parisians with the 26-year-old, who could attract multiple offers from English clubs this summer.
PSG want to sign a centre-back this summer but are expected to complete the free transfer signing of Slovakia international Milan Skriniar from Inter Milan, with the defender’s deal at the San Siro set to expire at the end of the season.
