Aaron Ramsdale has agreed a new contract at Arsenal with the goalkeeper set to sign a new long-term extension at the Emirates.
Arsenal are working on a new deals for a number of the club’s leading assets and have reached an agreement to extend Ramsdale’s deal on improved terms.
The England international signed for the Gunners in a £24m deal from Bournemouth in 2021 and has since impressed as first-choice in north London.
He has kept 13 clean sheets in the Premier League this season and trails only Manchester United’s David de Gea (15) in the race for the division’s Golden Glove.
Fabrizio Romano is reporting that an announcement on Ramsdale’s new deal will be made soon, with the 24-year-old having followed forward Gabriel Martinelli in committing his long-term future to the club.

Mikel Arteta’s side are also set to announce a new deal for Bukayo Saka in the coming weeks, with the winger expected to sign a contract extension that will run until 2028. Negotiations are ongoing with the representatives of William Saliba.
