Barcelona are ‘attentive’ to the situation of Jadon Sancho at Manchester United with the club considering a loan move to sign the winger.
Sancho is currently training away from the first-team group at Manchester United following a fallout with manager Erik ten Hag.
The 23-year-old took to social media to call claims from Ten Hag ‘completely untrue’, after the Red Devils manager had said that Sancho was dropped from the squad to face Arsenal on September 3 due to unacceptable performance levels in training.
United are currently deliberating disciplinary action against the England international, who has struggled to make an impact since his £72.9m arrival from Borussia Dortmund in 2021.
Spanish publication Sport are reporting that Barcelona are monitoring Sancho’s situation ahead of a potential move.
Barcelona are understood to be interested in a loan move to sign Sancho should he be made available, with both the player and Manchester United open to an exit in the winter window.
The Catalans are keen to sign a left-sided attacker and have placed Sancho on their list of options, having seen Ousmane Dembele and Ansu Fati leave the Camp Nou during the summer.
