The League Cup quarter-final draw has thrown up some tasty matchups as we approach the business end of the competition.
Chelsea will host Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge in the fifth round after Mauricio Pochettino’s side knocked out Blackburn Rovers. It’s not much of a reward for the Magpies after they eliminated Manchester United away from home.
Liverpool will take on West Ham at Anfield in another all-Premier League tie, while Fulham travel to Goodison Park to face Everton.
There will be at least one lower league club in the quarter-finals after third tier Port Vale were paired with Championship outfit Middlesbrough. The clash will take place at Vale Park.
