Following on from their unfortunate defeat to København in the Champions League, Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag faces injury worries ahead of the weekend.
Alongside their uncertain Champions League future, Manchester United are sat in eighth place in the Premier League, with pressure mounting on the Dutchman.
Manchester United injury news ahead of Luton clash:
Jonny Evans
Jonny Evans has provided depth at crucial times for Manchester United so far this season, but was forced off through injury in the Champions League in midweek.
Speaking on the matter in his pre-match press conference, Ten Hag said: “So we don’t, in this moment, have a full assessment done.
“We didn’t finish it, we don’t have the details so far, but for tomorrow [vs Luton] he’s out.”

Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia
Shaw picked up a muscle injury in United’s 2-0 defeat to Tottenham back in August, and he hasn’t played a minute more since.
Despite the left-back improving in fitness, Shaw is still not available, and has cited the upcoming international break as a potential return point.
Malacia has been out for the entirety of the campaign so far, and the Dutchman is targeting the New Year as a return date, after undergoing knee surgery in the summer.
Amad Diallo
After impressing whilst on loan at Sunderland last year, Diallo was looking to stake his claim for a first-team place in the upcoming season.
However, a knee injury in pre-season has stunted Diallo’s progress, but the winger is back training on the pitches again, and will be hoping to fire United back up the league in the second half of the season.

Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez
Ten Hag has recently commented on the duo, ruling the pair out until the New Year at least.
Casemiro suffered an aggravation of a previous injury sustained during the last international break when United were defeated by Newcastle in the Carabao Cup on November 1, with Martinez still recovering from a foot injury dating as far back as April.
