AC Milan are reportedly considering a move for an Arsenal defender in the January transfer window.
The Italian giants are enduring an defensive injury crisis at the moment, with five of their first-team centre-backs on the treatment table.
That will force Milan into the market when it reopens this winter, with a number of names already on their wishlist, including Jakub Kiwior.
That’s according to Calciomercato, who report that the Rossoneri want to take the Poland international on loan for the second half of the season.
The 23-year-old has made 11 appearances in the Premier League since joining the Gunners from Spezia at the beginning of this year.
Kiwior is not the only defender Milan are reportedly eyeing up, with Chelsea’s Benoit Badiashile also linked with a mid-season move to the San Siro. The Frenchman has played just once in the league this term under new manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Milan had also been linked with Bournemouth defender Lloyd Kelly, but the report claims that the Cherries are not willing to sell the 25-year-old in January.
The club are also said to be scouting potential transfer targets in France.
