Manchester United have reportedly decided to send Sergio Reguilon back to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Argentine left-back joined the Red Devils on loan in the summer as injury cover for Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.
The deal included a break clause that Man United had always intended to trigger, which they have now done, according to The Athletic.

Reguilon, who only started four games in the Premier League under Erik ten Hag, is expected to go back out loan again or sold to another club when he returns to Spurs.
Other Premier League clubs are interested in signing the 27-year-old, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, while Borussia Dortmund “added him to their list” of targets last month.
Man United completed their first deal of the January transfer window on January 1, sending Donny van de Beek on loan to German outfit Eintracht Frankfurt.

Spurs, meanwhile, bid farewell to club legend Hugo Lloris as he completed his transfer to MLS club Los Angeles FC. They could make their first signing of the month soon as their pursuit of defender Radu Dragusin progresses.
