Maximilian Beier will turn down interest this month in favour of remaining at Hoffeinheim until the end of the season.
Beier has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs including Liverpool, following a breakout season in the Bundesliga that has seen the 21-year-old score six times and provide four assists.
Sky Germany are reporting that Beier has received various approaches from top clubs in both the Premier League and Bundesliga, though will turn down January proposals in favour of remaining with Hoffeinheim until the summer at least.
Beier’s focus is on earning a place in the Germany squad for the 2024 European Championship in the summer, where Julian Nagelsmann’s side will be host nation. He has scored twice in five caps for the German u-21 side to date.
Interested clubs are expected to return for Beier at the end of the season, given the forward’s release clause in his contract at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena. Beier will be available to sign for a fee of €30m (£25.7m) in the summer.
