Juventus will demand a fee in excess of €70m (£59.9m) for reported Manchester United transfer target Gleison Bremer.
Manchester United will enter the market for a centre-back in the summer and have placed Bremer near the top of their shortlist, according to Calciomercato, amid doubts over the long-term futures of Raphael Varane, Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire.
The 26-year-old has cemented a reputation as one of Serie A’s best defenders in recent campaigns, earning inclusion in the divisional Team of the Season in consecutive seasons.
Bremer, who made his senior debut for Brazil in 2022, ranks fourth in Serie A for clearances and fifth for aerial duels won this season.
Juventus are in a strong negotiating position after Bremer signed a new contract with the club in December, while the defender is understood to be in no rush to leave Turin.
However, the centre-back discussed his future ambition to play in the Premier League during an interview with the Telegraph in November 2023.
“I like La Liga and the Premier League, but the Premier League is a very exciting championship and I watch a lot of matches and they are very entertaining, One day, I would like to play in the Premier League but right now I am focused on Juventus and winning trophies with them. We are one of the best teams in the world.”
