Barcelona will consider bids of €100m (£86m) for Ronald Araujo this summer amid interest from Bayern Munich and Manchester United.
The Spanish side are aware they need to raise money this summer and Araujo is among the members of the squad with the highest value and demand.
Pau Cubarsi’s emergence from the club’s academy system also provides Barcelona a readymade replacement in central defence with the 17-year-old outstanding in the Champions League win over Napoli this week.
Bayern Munich are long-term admirers of Araujo and retain interest in signing the Uruguayan, amid doubts surrounding Matthijs de Ligt’s future at the Allianz Arena.
ESPN are reporting that Barcelona will consider proposals of around €100m for the 25-year-old, with at least ‘one big Premier League club’ interested.
Manchester United have previously been heavily-linked with signing the defender, while Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool have been named as potential suitors in recent months.
Barcelona are currently in excess of their LaLiga-imposed spending cap by almost €200m and significant sales could be required to avoid a breach.
