Memphis Depay will be available on a free transfer this summer after Atletico Madrid opted against an automatic extension to his deal.
Depay signed for Atletico from Barcelona in January 2023 and scored nine times in all competitions this season during an injury-impacted campaign at the Spanish capital.
Atletico, however, are willing to allow the 30-year-old to leave as a free agent and his availability has alerted clubs in the Premier League and across Europe.
Depay previously spent 18 months at Manchester United after joining the Red Devils in 2015, but struggled to make an impact in the Premier League before rebuilding his reputation during a prolific period at Lyon.
He has previously been linked with Tottenham, while Chelsea, Manchester United, West Ham and Newcastle are among the clubs searching for a centre-forward this summer.

Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Depay will seek a new challenge this summer having not been offered a new deal in the Spanish capital.
Depay has scored 44 goals in 90 appearances for the Netherlands and is his nation’s second-highest goalscorer of all time, behind Robin van Persie. He has been included in the Dutch squad to travel to this summer’s European Championship and could make a decision on his club future following the tournament.
