Arsenal have told Marseille how much they want for Eddie Nketiah in the summer transfer window.
The French club are eager to sign the striker, submitting a second bid that was in the region of €27 million on Friday.
The 25-year-old has reportedly agreed personal terms with Marseille, who are managed by former Brighton head coach Roberto De Zerbi.
However, the Gunners have rejected their offer for the 25-year-old as they do not consider it enough for them to let go of their academy graduate.

Arsenal want to receive at least €35m in a deal that would include a sell-on clause, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The two clubs are yet to come to an agreement and the north London outfit’s demands could see Marseille look at ‘new options’ in the transfer market.
Sky Sports, though, claim that ‘negotiations are ongoing’ and Les Olympiens are weighing up whether or not to make a third bid for the player.
Nketiah has been a useful squad player under manager Mikel Arteta over the past few years, but has not been able to nail down a starting spot up front over a sustained period.
The Englishman made 27 Premier League appearances last season, but 17 of them were off the bench, scoring five goals.
Marseille bought forward Mason Greenwood from Manchester United for €27.6m (£23.3m) plus €4m (£3.4m) in add-ons earlier this summer.
They are also set to sign Youssoufa Moukoko from Borussia Dortmund, with negotiations underway for a loan deal with an option to buy. Romano claims personal terms have been ‘agreed’.
