PSG likeliest option for free-to-leave Bayern star

Paris Saint-Germain are the likeliest club to sign Kingsley Coman this summer with the winger free to leave Bayern Munich.

Coman has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Bundesliga side as Bayern look free funds and room in their squad for further signings.

The Germans are prepared to sanction a loan exit if it includes an option to make the move permanent and Coman has been linked with several Premier League sides, including Manchester City.

However, Sky Germany are reporting there has been ‘no concrete interest’ from the Premier League champions as things stand with PSG the frontrunners for a deal.

Coman began his career at PSG but made just four senior appearances before leaving the club for Juventus. He has since become one of the most decorated players in Europe with 11 league titles and a Champions League won across spells at PSG, Juventus and Bayern Munich.

Bayern are pushing to sign Desire Doue from Rennes and have already completed the signing of Michael Olise from Crystal Palace. The arrivals of that duo mean Coman can depart as the Bavarians look to offload the Frenchman’s high wages.

Coman has scored 64 goals in 293 appearance for Bayern since his arrival from Juventus in 2017 and has netted eight goals in 57 caps for France.
