Borussia Dortmund will demand a fee of €100m for Jamie Gittens amid interest in the winger from Premier League clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool.
The 20-year-old continued his excellent start to the season with a goal in Dortmund’s 1-1 draw with Bayern Munich at the weekend. He has eight goals and three assists in just 12 stars across all competitions and has now scored in three straight appearances.
According to Sky Germany, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur are all interested in signing the England u-21 international.
Born in Reading, Gittens spent time in the academy set-up at his hometown side, Chelsea and Manchester City before moving to Germany in 2022.
He has since made 76 senior appearances for Dortmund, following in the footsteps of Jadon Sancho and Jude Bellingham in leaving England to develop at the Westfalenstadion.
Gittens, who is contracted at Dortmund until 2028, has no plans to leave the German side this summer.
However, the winger’s long-term ambition is to play in the Premier League and several of the division’s top sides are tracking his progress. Dortmund have reportedly placed a valuation of €100m (£82.75m) on the winger.
