Chelsea have not joined the large number of clubs considering a move for Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani, despite reports.
The France international has been told that he can leave PSG next month after falling out of favour under Luis Enrique. Kolo Muani has started just twice in Ligue 1 this season and the French champions are prepared to cut their losses on a player who cost €80m 18 months ago.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Chelsea are not eyeing up a deal despite reports. Enzo Maresca is keen to bring in competition and cover for Nicolas Jackson at centre-forward, with Chelsea having failed to sign a striker in the summer. The Blues held talks with Victor Osimhen and Samu Aghehowa but were unable to reach an agreement with either player.
However, Kolo Muani is not currently seen as an option despite PSG being prepared to accept loan offers.

Chelsea would not be alone in pursuing a deal if their stance changes with Manchester United, Tottenham, Juventus, AC Milan, RB Leipzig and Galatasaray all among those credited with interest.
Kolo Muani signed for PSG after scoring 23 goals for Eintracht Frankfurt during the 2022/23 campaign. He has netted eight times in 27 appearances for France at international level.
The addition of another forward could allow Christopher Nkunku to leave Chelsea. The 27-year-old has reportedly become frustrated with his role at Stamford Bridge. Barcelona and former club RB Leipzig have been linked with the Frenchman, who has started just twice in the Premier League this season. He has thrived in cup competition, however, scoring 12 goals from just 11 starts in 2024/25.
