Arne Slot has revealed he spoke to Trent Alexander-Arnold individually after the Liverpool right-back’s poor performance against Manchester United.
The England international was heavily criticised after putting in one of his worst displays for the club during the 2-2 draw with their bitter rivals at Anfield.
It has been suggested that the 26-year-old has been affected by interest from Real Madrid, who last week had a transfer bid rejected by Liverpool, although Slot said during his press conference that he does not believe this is the case.
