Man United are moving closer to completing the transfer signing of Diego León, with the young left-back en route to England for his medical.
The 17-year-old Paraguayan revealed that he is on his way to Manchester to complete his move from Cerro Porteño, where he will return until the summer once the deal is finalised.
“I’m very happy, very happy indeed,” León told Rock&Pop Paraguay. “I’ve left the deal all up to my manager. I just focus on the day to day so I can give my best. I’ll be back on Tuesday.”
Asked if he is to have a medical check-up and sign a pre-contract, Leon responded: “Yes, yes, the medical check-up.”
