Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta says the club are “very worried” about Gabriel Jesus after the forward sustained an injury at the weekend.
The Brazilian started in Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United in the FA Cup third round, which the Gunners lost on penalties. But he was forced off the pitch after 41 minutes and replaced by Raheem Sterling.
It has been reported that Jesus has suffered a suspected ACL injury and could miss the rest of the season in the latest blow to the 27-year-old’s career.
