AC Milan have expressed an interest in signing Joao Felix from Chelsea this month.
Felix only returned to Chelsea in the summer from Atletico Madrid for a fee of £45m. However, the Portugal international has struggled for regular first-team football.

The 25-year-old has started just three times in the Premier League during a frustrating period in West London.
Enzo Maresca has continually praised the forward, but the presence of Cole Palmer has restricted his minutes. Felix has scored seven goals in all competitions but much of his football has come in the Europa Conference League, where Maresca has largely fielded a ‘second string’ side.
According to Sky Sports, AC Milan are interested in a deal to sign Felix. Milan are hoping to sign Felix on loan after cooling their interest in Manchester United winger Marcus Rashford.
Chelsea do not want to sell Felix but would consider a significant offer from the Serie A side. However, Chelsea will rebuff loan approaches and it appears doubtful the Rossoneri could finance a permanent deal for Felix.
