Arsenal welcomed back William Saliba, Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly to the starting lineup for Saturday’s Premier League clash with Wolves.
The centre-back missed last week’s 2-2 draw with Aston Villa and the midweek win over Dinamo Zagreb in the Uefa Champions League after he was clutching his hamstring after the North London Derby against Tottenham Hotspur.
Nwaneri, meanwhile, returned to action against Zagreb, coming off the bench to replace Raheem Sterling, after being sidelined by a groin injury for two-and-a-half weeks. This will be his first start for the Gunners since he was forced off at halftime of their 1-1 draw with Brighton earlier this week.
Lewis-Skelly was left out of the matchday squad for the 3-0 win over Zagreb after feeling a problem during the Villa game, but slots in at left-back against Wolves at Molineux.
Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka remain on the treatment table, but Mikel Arteta’s injury worries are easing considerably with Riccardo Calafiori also available for selection.
Arsenal starting lineup vs Wolves:
(4-3-3): Raya; Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Lewis-Skelly; Partey, Rice, Havertz; Nwaneri, Trossard, Martinelli.
