Matheus Cunha won’t be sold in the January transfer window despite being linked with moves to Arsenal and Nottingham Forest, Wolves boss Vitor Pereira has said.
The Brazil international has been a standout performer on a poor Wanderers team this season, recording 10 goals and four assists in 21 Premier League appearances.
The Midlands outfit are determined to nail their star man down to a new contract as his current one expires in 2027, but have failed to do so after months of negotiations.
Cunha has reportedly attracted interest from Arsenal, who want to add more firepower to their frontline, and Forest, who are looking for reinforcements in their bid to finish in the top four.

Pereira says he has spoken to the 25-year-old after criticising his body language during the 3-1 defeat away to Chelsea on Monday and believes the player is committed to Wolves.
“He knows what I want from him,” the Portuguese tactician said ahead of facing Arsenal on Saturday. “We had a conversation and everything is solid. He’s ready for the game, committed to us and ready to help the team.
“I had a conversation with him and he’s very committed to us. He never asked me to leave the club. He wants to help the team, he wants to be with us, he wants to be with us tomorrow to try to win the game.”
