Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Ben White wants to return to the England set-up under the new manager.
White has not featured for England since flying home from the 2022 World Cup, amid reports the defender had endured a fallout with former assistant Steve Holland. He had since asked not to be considered for selection.

The 27-year-old was not included in the England squad announced by Thomas Tuchel on Friday morning, but the German has revealed that White is now available for selection after the change in coaching staff.
He said the Arsenal defender’s recent return from injury was the reason for his exclusion for this month’s World Cup qualifiers against Albania and Latvia.
“Absolutely not,” Tuchel said at his squad announcement press conference, when asked if White had ruled himself out of selection.
“I just think it’s a bit too early given the seriousness of the injury he had. I’m delighted he’s back, he’s back now in training. We were monitoring the process and huge compliments to the medical and performance department of the FA.
“And thanks to everyone at Arsenal to let us monitor closely so we are on it, speaking to Ben that we are delighted that he is back on the bench. He had a Champions League match now in the second leg and I think now it’s just the question about getting more minutes, more rhythm and then he has every chance to be back. He wants to be back, he’s glad to be back.”
