Tottenham are ‘pushing’ to sign Antonio Nusa from Club Brugge with talks underway between the teams.
The North Londoners are in negotiations to sign the teenager in a summer deal with Nusa keen to remain with Brugge until the end of the current campaign.
Nusa made headlines in September 2022 when he became the youngest player to score on his Champions League debut, after coming off the bench to net in a 4–0 win at FC Porto. The 18-year-old has scored five times in 52 appearances for Brugge since joining the club from Stabæk in 2021.
The winger made his international debut for Norway last year, marking the occasion with a goal against Jordan, and has since won four caps for the national side.
Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Spurs are yet to make a formal bid for the player, though negotiations have began over a deal that would see Nusa move to Ange Postecoglou’s side in the summer.
He could become the club’s third signing of the January transfer window, following the loan arrival of Timo Werner from RB Leipzig and £26m capture of Radu Dragusin from Genoa.
Chelsea made a bid to sign Nusa in the summer transfer window but saw a deadline-day offer in the region of £26m turned down.
