Southampton will be without one of their key players when they take on Liverpool in the FA Cup.
The Reds host the Saints on Wednesday for the fifth round tie, just days after beating Chelsea 1-0 after extra-time to claim the EFL Cup at Wembley.
The Championship outfit will be hoping to cause an upset at Anfield, but Russell Martin confirmed they will have to do so without Ryan Fraser.
The left winger, who is currently on loan from Newcastle United, picked up an injury during Southampton’s defeat to Millwall on Saturday and is set for a spell on the sidelines.
“He’s going to be out for a little bit of time unfortunately. It’s a big blow for us and for him,” Martin said in his pre-match press conference.
“We’ll hopefully have him back the other side of the international break.
“We lose something when he doesn’t play, his relentless desire to win the ball and his energy in the final third. I’m gutted for him because his output, data-wise, shows how key he is.
“I’m sure he will be important in the run in.”
Liverpool have injury worries of their own to contend with. Ryan Gravenberch was forced off in the first half of their win over Chelsea, while Wataru Endo was seen walking in crutches after the game.
Mo Salah, Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota, Joel Matip, Dominik Szoboszlai, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson Becker, Curtis Jones, Thiago Alcantara and Stefan Bajcetic are also on the treatment table.
