Manchester United have decided to cut their losses on Antony in the January transfer window with interest in the winger from Premier League clubs.
The Brazil international has failed to live up to expectations since an £82m move from Ajax in 2022.
Antony has scored just five goals and provided only three assists in 54 appearances in the Premier League and Manchester United have reportedly run out of patience with the player.
According to CaughtOffside, the Red Devils will look to offload the 24-year-old in the January transfer window and there is interest from England despite his struggles in the Premier League.
Newcastle United and Crystal Palace are reportedly keen, alongside former club Ajax. The right-wing is an area Newcastle have been looking to reinforce in recent transfer windows, amid doubts over the future of Miguel Almiron.
Palace, meanwhile, sold Michael Olise to Bayern Munich in the summer and are seeking to replace the Frenchman’s spark, following a winless start to the Premier League campaign.
United will need to take a substantial hit on their initial investment to sell Antony, who played under head coach Erik ten Hag at Ajax but has been unable to find the form he showed in the Eredivisie.
