Breaking & OFFICIAL: UEFA confirm Champions League round of 16 to be redone after a technical mistake
The UEFA confirmed that the draw of the Champions League round of 16 fixtures will be redone.
UEFA tweeted out a statement, saying:
“Following a technical problem with the software of an external service provider that instruct the officials as to which team are eligible to play each other, a material error occurred in the draw for the UEFA champions League round of 16.
As a result of this, the draw has been declared void and will be entirely reddon at 1500CET.”
United will be at home in the second leg on 8/9/15/16 March with Kick-off time. 20:00 GMT.
It’s a farcical condition and on that will rumble on you’d suspect after their next attempt at the draw.
