Tottenham want to sign Youri Tielemans this summer but will face ‘stiff competition’ from Premier League rivals Manchester United and Arsenal.
Tielemans will enter the final 12 months of his contract at Leicester this summer and looks set to leave the Foxes after failing to agree a new deal.
The Belgium international is keen to feature in the Champions League and is attracting interest from a number of top four hopefuls, with Antonio Conte keen to add Tielemans to his midfield options in North London.
The Sun are reporting that Manchester United and Arsenal are also interested in the 24-year-old, who has made 149 appearances in all competitions for the Foxes and was named as the club’s Player of the Season in 2020/21.
Tielemans initially signed on loan from Monaco before completing a £40m move to the Premier League and scored the winner as Leicester won the FA Cup last season.
Tottenham are also believed to be monitoring former midfielder Christian Eriksen, who is out of contract at the end of the season.
The 30-year-old has shone since making his return to football at Brentford and previously worked under Conte at Inter Milan.
