Chelsea are set to rival Tottenham in the race to sign Richarlison from Everton.
Thomas Tuchel is looking to improve his attacking options this summer and is now preparing a move for Richarlison, who is valued in excess of £50m at Goodison Park.
Everton, however, are prepared to listen to offers for the Brazil international, who has emerged as a leading transfer target for Spurs and the north Londoners have shown a ‘concrete interest’ in securing his signing.
The Daily Mail are reporting that Chelsea are ready to rival their capital rivals for his signature, whilst Arsenal have also been credited with an interest as the London clubs look to improve their forward lines.
Richarlison scored ten league goals in 30 appearances for Everton last season and his strong end-of-season form helped the Toffees climb away from the Premier League’s relegation places.
He has reached double figures for league goals in three of his four seasons at Everton and has netted 14 goals in 36 caps for Brazil at international level.
Chelsea are considering moves for both Richarlison and Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling, as the west Londoners prepare to allow record signing Romelu Lukaku to leave and return on loan to Inter Milan.
