Everton want either Conor Gallagher or Armando Broja on loan from Chelsea as part of a deal that takes Anthony Gordon to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are interested in a deal to sign Gordon and have offered an initial £50m for the England u21 international, who has informed Everton of his desire to leave for the west Londoners.
The deal could reach £60m with further add-ons, though Everton are keen to reach an agreement that will see reinforcements arrive in the opposite direction.
According to talkSPORT, Frank Lampard wants to sign either Conor Gallagher or Armando Broja on loan from Chelsea, having expressed an interest in signing the duo earlier this summer.
With N’Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic out through injury, Gallagher made his first start of the season during Chelsea’s 3-0 loss at Leeds last weekend, though he faces a fight for regular minutes and is keen for a prominent role with the World Cup fast approaching.
Meanwhile, Broja impressed during a season-long loan at Southampton last season and has been linked with an exit. The Albania international scored nine goals in all competitions for the Saints in 2021/22, but has featured for just 17 minutes across two substitute appearances so far this season.
Everton will face competition for Gallagher however, with the Sun reporting that West Ham are keen on a deal for the England midfielder.
Crystal Palace are also open to re-signing Gallagher, who was named as the Eagles’ Player of the Season during an impressive loan spell at Selhurst Park last season.
