Barcelona have set an asking price of £70m for Raphinha this summer, amid interest from Premier League clubs.
Raphinha has struggled to command a prominent role in the Barcelona side since his arrival in Catalonia last summer and could move on at the end of the season as the club look to cut costs.
Barcelona’s economic issues mean substantial sales are expected this summer and Raphinha could be sold amid interest from clubs including Chelsea and Newcastle.
Chelsea were keen on Raphinha before his move to Barcelona and had a bid accepted last summer, while Newcastle want to sign a right-sided attacker and could unite the winger with fellow Brazilians Joelinton and Bruno Guimaraes at St James’ Park.
According to Sport, each are interested in a deal to bring the former Leeds star back to the Premier League and want to ‘open formal negotiations immediately’.
Barcelona have placed a £70m valuation on Raphinha as the club look to make an immediate profit on the Brazil international, who was signed from Leeds in a £55m deal last summer.
Given the club still owe much of that fee to the Premier League side, the Spaniards will only consider a sale this summer if their asking price is met and Barcelona are reportedly keen to conclude a deal before the end of the financial year on June 30.
Raphinha has made 40 appearances in all competitions for Barcelona this season, in which he has scored nine goals and laid on a further eight assists.
