Newcastle, Manchester United and Liverpool have sent scouts to watch Nice centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo, who is attracting interest from the Premier League.
Scouts are understood to have been in attendance during Nice’s 2-1 win over Rennes last weekend, with a host of leading Premier League clubs considering an approach for the centre-back.
Todibo had a short spell at Barcelona earlier in his career before excelling since signing for Nice in 2021 and the 23-year-old earned his first call up to the France squad during March’s Euro 2024 qualifying matches against the Netherlands and the Republic of Ireland.
Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Newcastle, Manchester United and Liverpool have all sent scouts to assess Todibo, who could be allowed to leave Nice for a fee of around €45m this summer.
