Ronaldo set for United medical at libson as the Glazers sanction two-year deal

Christiano Ronaldo has flown fro Turin to libson and is poised to undergo a medical ahead of a sensational return to Manchester United from Juventus.

 
A two-year contract has been sanctioned by the Glazers for the Portuguese superstar to return to old Trafford.


Ronaldo will have medical test in Portugal, according to The Manchester Evening News, having boarded a flight from Turin earlier on Friday in a private jet. 


Manchester city were the front-runners to lure the 36-year-old back to the Premier league, but they later pulled out of the move after further talks with agent Jorge Mendes. 

Alex Ferguson is believed to be instrumental in Ronaldo U-turn against the a deal that would’ve taken him to Manchester city.
