Wolves Vs United previews, Injury updates and possible 4-3-3 lineup

Manchester United will head to the Molineux to take on Wolverhampton wonderers on Sunday, and the big team news for this match, relates to the transfer market not the fitness situation.

 United club legend Christiano Ronaldo had been poised to a shock move to arch-rivals Manchester city, but it fell apart in the final stage. He’s now a Manchester United player.

THE TEAM NEWS

Holding midfielder Scott Mctominay is out due to a groin injury while Marcus Rashford is still working towards full match fitness after undergoing a shoulder surgery. Alex Telles is another.

Edinson Cavani is poised to fully return while Raphael Varane is expected to make his debut in the Red Devils Shirt. 

Sancho is expected to make his first start for the club after arriving from Borussia Dortmund this summer.  

Donny Van De Beek is expected to replace the injured Mctominay in the midfield. Van De Beek is still seeking to find a playing time since his arrival from Ajax last season. The Dutchman is a top player with a good playing record during his time at Ajax, but since joining the Red Devils things have not been as expected for him.


















Manchester United equalled the best away record in the Premier league previously held by Arsenal during their visit to St Mary’s last weekend. The red devils were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw by the saints. The old Trafford outfit is currently on 27 unbeaten away record.
A win or draw for United will take them to the best away record in he history of the Premier league.
