Premier League trio in race for free agent N’Dicka

Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham are among the Premier League clubs interested in a deal to sign Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan N’Dicka this summer.

N’Dicka will become a free agent when his contract with the Bundesliga club expires at the end of the season and his availability has attracted the interest of several Premier League sides.

Arsenal and Tottenham are monitoring the centre-back, but could now face competition from Liverpool as the Mirror report the Reds are ‘in the fight’ for the 23-year-old.

N’Dicka formed part of the Eintracht Frankfurt side that won the Europa League last season and impressed during the club’s Champions League campaign in 2022/23.

He was named in the Bundesliga’s Team of the Season last season and leads Germany’s top division for clearances during the current campaign.

A left-sided centre-back who can deputise at left-back if required, he has a number of attributes that will appeal to Jurgen Klopp as he looks to rebuild Liverpool this summer.

Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona have also been linked with the Frenchman, who will leave Frankfurt at the end of the season after turning down the club’s final contract offer.

His arrival on a free transfer would solve one of Liverpool’s needs this summer and allow the club to concentrate transfer funds on midfield additions.
